As the investigation mounts, evidence begins to point in a strange direction... could this gruesome present be the result of Eliza's childhood fantasies? Imagination has spawned reality as these gruesome killings pile up to reveal an uncertain future for both the chief and the town. The motive behind the murders will lead to the discovery of human-like creatures ("Angels") who have twisted the town's desires to suit their own purposes.
Eliza will need to make some tough choices if she wants to solve this mystery, but can she look beyond her own troubled past before she's consumed by the bloodshed?
