Reading & Signing: Jim Rioux and friends!

Jim Rioux’s first book of poems, Fistfuls of the Invisible, was published by Penhallow Press. In addition to appearing on many albums as a multi-instrumentalist, he is a singer/songwriter; releasing the albums Darlings of the Soil (2016), yes I will Yes (2018), and The Hook (2023); the EP Mercury (2023); and the singles “Season of the Stranger” (2022) and “Some Kind of Ghost—featuring Jolie Holland” (2021). Jim teaches writing at the University of New Hampshire and lives in Kittery, ME with his wife Amanda and their dog Jimbo. He’ll be reading from his new book of poems, Too Close To Be So Far Away

Guy Capecelatro III is a prolific writer and musician whose short stories and poems have appeared in The Quarterly, Quarterly West, Story Quarterly, Hawaii Review, The Penguin Review, Utter, Dasein, The Square, Good Fat and others. His column, “Some Women,” for the Seacoast magazine, The Wire, was compiled in a book and he served as editor for the zine Two-Ton Santa for four years. His second book of poems, Cape Breton Poems, came out in 2018. Guy Capecelatro III lives in Kittery Maine with his cat Delilah and currently runs the label Burst and Bloom which releases books and music.

Rebecca Hennessy grew up in Montana and Utah. Mother, garlic farmer, business owner, church admin, photographer, and author of chapbook, Tangle of Bone, she writes poetry, essays, short fiction and, on occasion, blogs when there is weeding to be done. What she doesn’t do with any regularity is submit poetry for publication. Rebecca lives in Maine, the sixth state she has called home.
